How do I return an item?

Returns at HairFlix/Shop are easy. Please follow these simple steps:

1. Re-pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box.
2. Include a copy of your original invoice in your return package.
3. Mail the original packaging back to the warehouse address found on the shipping box using a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx,DHL).
4. Open a customer service ticket to receive special return shipping instructions.

Please Note: HairFlix/Shop does not accept returns shipped by the US Postal Service (USPS). Please save the shipping receipt until you receive your refund or exchange. We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping.


What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction with our salon quality products is our top priority. To this end we take great care to offer only the finest quality products.

All unopened merchandise will be accepted for a 100% full refund (less shipping costs) up to 30 days of the PURCHASE date. Opened or used products will not be refundable. If you wish to return your order, please open a customer service ticket to receive special shipping instructions.

We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your credit card company will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
