Shipping and Delivery
Orders over $50 (excluding taxes + after discounts are applied) will ship standard ground shipping for $7.50. Orders under $50 will ship standard ground shipping for $10.50. Shipping applies only to the Continental U.S.

Delivery
HairFlix ships within the Continental U.S only. At this time HairFlix does include International shipping exclusively with www.bongous.com. DETAILS ARE BELOW FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box or FPO/APO address. We strive to ship all orders within 3-4 business day, but please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Although we ask to allow 1-2 weeks delivery, we do not guarantee that your products will arrive in that time frame (although 99% of our orders do). HairFlix does not ship partial orders! If there is a significant delay with your order it is due to being out of stock and back ordered from the manufacturer, which of course we have no control over.
Please Note: HairFlix/shop will NOT be held responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure products purchased are sent to a secure location like home or work place where someone is there to accept the package.
International Shipping
Shop HairFlix.com as you normally would. When you proceed to Checkout, your secure transaction will be completed with Bongo. Bongo will calculate and display a guaranteed order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.
Once your transaction is complete, HairFlix.com will ship your order to the Bongo shipping hub in the United States. Bongo then will ship your order to its final international destination.
If you don't see your country listed, we are not currently able to ship to that destination.
If you have a U.S. shipping address, simply proceed through the domestic checkout process.
