Delivery
HairFlix ships within the Continental U.S only. At this time HairFlix does include International shipping exclusively with www.bongous.com. DETAILS ARE BELOW FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box or FPO/APO address. We strive to ship all orders within 3-4 business day, but please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Although we ask to allow 1-2 weeks delivery, we do not guarantee that your products will arrive in that time frame (although 99% of our orders do). HairFlix does not ship partial orders! If there is a significant delay with your order it is due to being out of stock and back ordered from the manufacturer, which of course we have no control over.
Please Note: HairFlix/shop will NOT be held responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure products purchased are sent to a secure location like home or work place where someone is there to accept the package.

Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.
This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

- 4. Back at our site, proceed to checkout.
- 5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING Address.
- 6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
- 7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
- 8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
- 9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.
